Chibi Childhood - Richard Lima

Character #44, Richard Lima (the Dachshund) + Yarr.

This is also a part of the "Chibi Childhood" mini-series and Richard is a supporting side character in the animation.

You may also notice, his last name is similar to Sara's (Rima) because both Richard and Sara are more of a sibling together, despite not being blood-related or the same species.

Richard's dream job representative is a Programmer. He mostly uses his talent as a hacker and he often carries his laptop everywhere he goes. He doesn't talk often and hardly shows much expression outside because he prefers spending his time alone with his computer.

Deep down, in the "Chibi Childhood", he's pretty supportive to both Yarr and Sara before everything grows apart when all characters went to their separate ways of life.

P.S. I don't remember why he's blushing at the left animation but it was a bonus.
