Character belongs to ReconRaimu @ Flipnote Hatena.This is also a drawing icon entry for their competition. Their persona wears a skull beanie and a red shirt with a striped tie. The tie wasn't noticeable but they have a red cut on their neck. I added "Raimu" in Japanese as a bonus.
