Flipnote comment drawing style.There's a flipnote relay collab open for everybody on Flipnote Hatena. The rules were told to use the blue-coloured template below and use the medium-sized pen in black only.
Overall, the finishing look is like a drawing at the comment section on Flipnote Hatena.
