Yasu-Kun - Lineless Flat Coloured

Done with a computer mouse and Photoshop.

On deviantART, I shared more drawings of myself as an anime character with my art style improved, despite it being about half of my actual style because I drew Yasu-Kun looking too serious. This drawing was also for my osu! skin, hence why I didn't put my signature after sharing this publicly.

Because I hear many digital artists use a graphic tablet to draw with, I struggle to make art using a computer-wired mouse. I use the Polygonal Lasso Tool in Photoshop and make shapes to form a picture as a whole.

You can notice most of the shapes used are angular or sharp without curves because I can click without holding the mouse as I draw with this technique. Unlike the original Lasso Tool, I wouldn't need to click and drag my mouse as there's a high chance it doesn't look good without a graphic tablet.

There's also a brush tool for his highlight on the hair and I finally left it with a cropped shape for the rest of his jacket. I also struggle with lineart (the eyebrows and facial parts for example) while experimenting with new ways and a style I could draw with ease.
