May redo a better fanart for Infinity Train in the future.I finished watching the show and it's good overall. I was slightly disappointed at how short the series is with a total of 10 episodes in the first season.
Tulip, the main character reminds me of Jessie (and Futaba from Persona 5) in character design. I noticed each episode has hidden life lessons, which I appreciate the show more. I couldn't engage the show from certain scenes and comedy parts but I respect the adventure and idea of the story. There was an episode where I almost cried at least once.
One-One is an interesting character having two sides as one. Atticus is a nice companion to their trip and easily the favourite character but I also like the rival, "The Cat" because she's a good antagonist. My favourite episodes are after the first half of the season because the first five are character developments and getting into the lore. The other half is my favourite after experiencing the previous episodes. I won't share my entire thoughts on other characters and the episodes in details to make it non-spoiler.
Lastly, the animation is fine but it wasn't easy to get used to it in the first episode where the backgrounds are more detailed while the characters are drawn in thin lineart and often in flat colours. I got used to it in later episodes where some locations match the characters well with the background.
I enjoy Infinity Train but I wouldn't invest into the fandom. The ending wasn't fulfilling because the durations felt short despite being a short series. Despite the characters spend many weeks and months in the train, I prefer the episodes longer to feel more connected to their bond. The ending is low-key good and it gives me a continuing interest to wait for the next season.
P.S. I may do future thoughts, opinions and reviews for other series, movies and shows.
